And then there was the scanner....

My randomly made Storm Hawks charater.
And this is why I hate the school scanner with a passion. It has too many sliders that tells you nothing of how the end result is going to be. It takes forever and a day to figure it out, and once you actually get your lines black it decides to brutally murder the colors.
Dear School scanner....IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS IN MY SKETCHBOOK!!

The home scanner is much better. It has a drop down menu. "Hello, do you wish to scan a color photo, color document, b&w photo, b&w document or a text page?"
You scan it and it gives you a slightly muted version of your picture. All you need is to spend 2-5 minutes in photosop or sai pushing the brightness/color slider, and guess what, it looks like the page in your sketchbook.

When I get back to school I'm buying myself an A4 Canon scanner/printer. Because form experience that will make me happier than spending hours trying to figure out how to work that thing down in the studio.

Was just one of those days...gray, sad and boring.

black n white

"Remember, a smile is the best makeup you can wear."

...simply just didn't have the best day. Eating ice cream out of the box is nice but...it's not the same as when you do it on a good day.
So much going on. At the same time nothing is happening.

I keep seeing things in black and white, but what haven't revealed it's colors...
I just hope it's not black.
It will make me sad.
If it is I have to let go of it.
It's too bad, I like it, I don't want it to be soiled with dripping pitch black.
But if it is, as I suspect,
I will have to say my goodbyes.
I wish for it not to be so.
Please,
let me be wrong....

Still being me. Still be myself.
Finding it. Keeping it.
Be a princess.
Be me the way I'm supposed to be.
I guess that's not going to happen until the day my heart heals.

Halloween

Update about Halloween in November, because I can <3 Read; "forgot to update for all this time..."

This halloween I was dressed up for once. The entire day. Yup, that's right, I went
to classes in a costume. Which felt brilliant until people started asking where I
had bought the outfit. It didn't feel quite as awesome answering "It's 80% stuff I
already had in my suitcase...and the hat belongs to my roomie."

Later, in the evening I went out with my flatmates. Yeah, you heard right, I went out
into town late at night to hang around with people getting drunk at bars. The first
bar we went to was called Jacobs ladder, and not for a random reason, it was located
on the top of a forever long flight of stairs. It was horrible to walk up there. Tough
I did feel more sorry for my roomie who was wearing high heels....
It was rater noisy and a bit stuffy there, but the music was good, and I got to do
silly dancing without being drunk :P Also the DJ was dressed as a banana. (but somehow my memory have turned his costume into a hot dog...so here, have a hot dog DJ :3 )

Then we went aaaaaaaaaaaaall the way through Falmouth to a plave called 5 degrees west.
When we came there I liked the music even better. Live band playing irish/celtic music
with people dancing to it. Much fiddle and flute. Here I also had my first drink of the
night. A glass of water, complete with ice cubes, a slice of lemon and a staw. Oh yeah.
Worlds most hardcore drink ever. After that half of us went home, since most of us had
lectures the following morning.
It was nice enough going out, a change of scenery, but I won't be doing this often.
Since I'm basically just spending money on transport. xD

...

Baka neko do not like waiting. Not without reason.

Sneak peek and stuff

I haven't really updated here, partly because I'm somewhat busy but mainly because I'm lazy. I do like my doodles to be on the blog when I write it, and I have been too lazy to do anything about that, though, I might possibly have some time this weekend. We'll see about it.

So in the meantime I give you a traditional doodle drawing and a sneak peek of something bigger, because those who know me knows that I do love my colored pencils.

Chibi doodle that turned into something colored.

Something bigger....coming soon (still working on it)

...

Sketchy doodle thing, will try to finish it, but if I can't make it, I figured I'd post the sketch here...
Something for Kerri. <3

Blabbery Blah blah

I don't mind reading assignments, but my eyes are not a big fan of 12 pages white background with black text on top being read on my computer.
It's really tiering.
There are more creative ways for me to ruin my eyesight.
Not to mention my brain disconnect after reading about 3 pages. Too boring. Nobody likes too much facts or someone else's opinion about a subject that is mostly visual.
I'd love to give an example, but I have a suspicion that my teachers would yell at me if I copy-pasta sections of my papers since they have to have this one extra page each time telling about who/what/where that owns copyrights....
but I can tell you this weeks reading contain the words glocalisation and homogenization
+ the other paper which is 12 pages of why kids in the 30's were buying mickey mouse toys.
Ugh.
I'll go draw something now.
WITH COLORS.

iTunes

I always use VLC for everything, so why download iTunes?
It has radio stations, that's why.
K-pop and J-pop/anime music heaven stuffed in one little white box.
And since I'm sure there are some of my homies and other people might be interested;

---------How to find it-----

Go to Radio > International and World

----list of j-pop/k-pop etc----
[I will at some point go though more of the forever long iTunes list of radio channels and update more of them here. ]
[Updated 23 Oct 2011]

AnimeAMAZE
Big B Radio's KPOP Channel
Big B Radio's CPOP Channel
Big B Radio's J-Channel
J-Music =3
Japan-A-Radio
JapanStation
Jpop - SKY.FM
KAWAiiRadio
Kissu Suk Suki Webradio
KoreaStation

------Note-----
  1. It's not always the channel works, in that case go find another (example: today Big B's Japanese channel don't work for me.)
  2. A station might stop playing in the middle of something if you have it on for a long time, try clicking on it again, if that doesn't work, close and re open iTunes. If that doesn't work, see point 1.
  3. If you like a song...keep notepad open and write it down. You are most likely not going to remember it among the 347469856 other songs you listened to that day.
  4. The names on the songs are written like this:
    KARA -Honey
the first part is the band/artist name, what comes after the dash is the name of the song.
    If it goes:
Monkey Majik - Nurarihyon no mago/Sunshine
it simply means it's a song from a an anime called nurarihyon no mago.
  5. Some radio stations have their web address in the same space as the song name, meaning they switch between the song name and the web address during the song.
-----Disclaimer-----

I don't speak any Japanese/Korean and I'm not responsible for whatever they might air on these channels, I just find them on the iTunes list and add them here so people can find music.

On fire baby!

Today the fire alarm went off. Twice.
Both times because of the toaster in our flat.
But seriously, who puts a smoke detector in the kitchen?

It's also the fourth time in the one month anyone have lived in the entire building that the fire alarm have gone off. All of these fire alarms have been set off by someone cooking. In the kitchen. Which has a smoke detector. Which by now I find to be quite a ridicules thing to put in there.

Who doesn't burn food or get a smoke screen in the kitchen form forgetting to put on the fan now and then?

Color chibis

Colored some of the chibi doodles I posted earlier. 8D
Might do more of these as I keep spamming my sketchbook with silly doodles.

Doodled in a very boring lecture. Was early and I felt like falling asleep....on the nearest person, the guy in my class who has a cute lil fox hat.

Said person with the fox hat has two colored hair. It's awesome. And.....Fluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuffy~ 8)
Good thing he has silly humor and my doodles don't creep him out.

Doodles - how I make friends. Or scare the living daylight out of people. Considering my expressions on my real face keep getting closer and closer to what I actually draw when I doodle it...a lot of people give me weird/worried looks at times. I would lie if I said I don't enjoy making people give me weird looks. It's funny to look at their faces. Especially if they try to keep you from seeing that they are looking at you.
Like back home when I walked around in a dress, and with kitty ears on my head. Almost laughed myself to death when people tried very hard not to give weird stares that I would notice. Fun times, fun times.

Characters and kids

Kerri made me scribble some doodles today. Since we keep making characters, and those characters at some point (I don't know who started with this) have kids, Kew asked me what my characters kids looked like.
Trouble is I did have a doodle on my hard drive - I was too lazy to go looking for it, but I wasn't quite happy with it, the boy looked too much like another character of mine. So I drew new ones. And this time I gave them names and started a bit on their personalties.
So here we go, flat color doodle of the family.

Yo with Reika and Fuego with Seeley

And then I simply wanted to draw a character wedding picture. So I ended up with my own this time (did Ai's last time).
Always with the cherry trees....

Doodles

Just posting some doodles I have done here in Falmouth -3-
Snapped em with my web cam, so they probably are no good in quality...

Animation blog

We have started doing some small animations by now. A circle that transforms into another thing, and now we're working on the bouncing ball. A tennis ball to be more precise. Andy wants us to animate it, not from the side which would have been freakishly easy, but up and down. Like an elevator. I haven't even taken the pictures I need to play off the animation, and I don't like it already. I seriously hate how I have set a standard of a professional company for myself, but the level I'm at don't match at all. I might just go along and play with my own sound files, try and fail scribble some animation things. It's more fun to move things around in a 3D space. Like characters talking and moving around some. My head doesn't work if I can't move things as a 3D object.

Guess one of the first things that will fall under my dooming tryouts is one of the Baka recordings I did with Ai. Though I'll have to poke my teachers a bit to see what program would combine pictures and sounds better than my non-existing Windows Movie Maker.

We were also forced to make an animation blog.
In the beginning I thought it was just rubbish to end up with two accounts, I still find it slightly annoying, but it's easier to have two different blogs where you can be the same person, but at a different professional level.
So here we go;
Scribbles of an Animator.
This is where all my animation will be put up, I won't bother to post them here unless I really like them. Double posting is just annoying.

Good old boring Norwegian dishes.
Especially fishcakes with brown sauce and potatoes.

I have also deemed English cheese horrible.

Tackling the monster...tomorrow

Today and tomorrow I have days off (as well as the weekend). It's very nice considering the weather is great, all sunny and warm.

So today I went shopping a bit at Asda with Milla, my laundry heap is getting somewhat large. So today I got myself some washing powder and stuff. But I'm not tackling that machine thing until tomorrow...although the clothing is dark colored I hope it all don't turn pitch black because of the new towel. I'm not spending £1.60 just to wash the towel alone.... although that might be a good idea. I'll tackle my white and colored stuff later. Mainly because all my colored stuff has different/wildly crazy colors on them, like the orange towel. "Wash with similar colors". The only thing with a similar color to that towel is my suitcase, which I doubt would be a good idea to stuff in a washing machine.

I kinda also have to start the sketchbook project. The one where you have to draw a toy in different angles and settings. Think I'll have to do that while the washing machine is on tomorrow.

School: First days

First day of school:
Introduction day.
We had to play the same "speed dating" game thing that we did the night we met the mentors. Except that we had to introduce the person we had talked to last.
Basically nothing really happened.

Second day of school:
Today our teachers had us sit down and draw each other. I wriggled in pain on my chair, not because I don't like Chris, the guy with the awesome hair that I drew,
but because of the fact I had been doing that to Milla when I was bored at the hotel and I had failed miserably. Which had made me determined not to try it again for a little while. I really only do realistic when I feel like it. It takes longer than everything else. Also everyone was drawing each other, in other words, no one was sitting still. That's a pain in the ass since the angle constantly changes....

Sadly I can't show this off to anyone demanding to see it *cough*Ai*cough* because my teacher ran off with all the drawings. "We will keep them so you can compare it later."
Then we were supposed to do this little morph animation. From a circle into something else, then back. Mine turns into a creepy black blob. That is, once I get around to take the pictures with that camera that makes the animation thing. Think I'll do it tomorrow.

In the lunch break I ran around with Gracie and an Irish guy who's name I can't remember at the moment because it doesn't start with a C, or is like 3 letters long...
I can seriously only remember boy's names these days if it starts with a C. It's just weird really.... Anyways, we were running around getting something yummy to eat, I had French fries -except that the British ones are like half a potato big and called chips apparently >___>
very confusing considering chips in my country is like the American word for it, the ones that comes in a bag. Like Sørlandschips. ;O; Gawd I miss those.

Back in the classroom I sat down to doodle, only to be thrown out on a "treasure hunt" together with two guys; Ben and the other one I forgot the name of. Andy, our course leader, had made it some space theme, like; "You need to find these passwords to get the intergalactic space money from that place over there" and "The captain forgot to tell the person at home which color of the cat he was going to feed. Which color is the campus cat?" and he kept calling our campus "Tremough space station" or something. It felt more like a confusing hiking trip than a space adventure that had the purpose of teaching us where to find the different areas at school. I did learn a little where things are, but I'm still semi-lost...
Might be because there is a lot of fog outside.
Like almost a creepy amount.

Third day:
Went out taking some pictures in the fog yesterday, but I was disappointed that the little apple garden was closed when I got there. Because that would have been a seriously epic location. Old creepy small trees, rotten apples on the ground, a forgotten pond and an almost sinister looking road twisting along the side with trees closing in on it... It seems like they are keeping that apple garden closed, and during the treasure hunt with the two people from my class we just stumbled in there by accident. So basically I have been running around with my camera for the past two days, so there should be a pretty good amount of pictures filling up my September folder. The only funny thing is that me being me, I don't think there are very much pictures of the buildings around here, but everything else.

Today we pretty much just came to learn how to get into our learning space page and get some homework. Read a paper, hand in the circle animation we started, and a sketchbook project - taking a toy and sketching it's adventure. I'm not sure if we were allowed to make the toy seem alive, or if we were supposed to be realistic about it. I think I'll end up doing both just so that I have at least tried and ONE of those things will be correct.
Also.
I need to get a hawaii shirt. :3

"No Postage"

"But please, please, I beg you..."
She tugged at his scarf once again, still refusing to let go.
"It is for home. Please..."

He turned his head to look down at her as he kept on walking.
"I already told you. There is no postage on that letter. I cannot deliver it without a stamp."
His voice was firm as before, but on the inside he felt like a monster for refusing the letter of a little girl whom he knew would never have the money to get the stamp for her letter home....

Was supposed to be just a little doodle, but I ended up doing a full tone drawing. Which was not the point either, I was going to do the same coloring style as
Hiroyuki Asada uses for the covers of the manga, but suddenly I felt like having it in the black and white manga style instead....which it obviously isn't either, he's using near to no toning on his characters, it's almost all black and white. Why do I always fail on purpose?

4 days in Falmouth

Everybody complains that the internet here is slow.
Like my roommate the other day trying to read a manga.
It didn't like more than two tabs open and loaded sloooowly.
I just reckon that's because everyone is online at the same time.
And guess what...
I am right.

Sitting here all alone on a Saturday night while everybody else is out drinking gives me pretty much the same speed on the internet as I have at home.
In other words; 5+ tabs open and can speed read through any manga 8D
I have internet all to myself.

So now that I do have the big open fields of internet to myself I might as well update this thing properly....

Wednsday:
Moved out of the hotel and into the building at campus. Had one of the poor souls lift my then twice as heavy suitcase (nearly 40 kg) up all the stairs. But that's what they get for putting me on the top floor.
Then I went with Milla to go buy stuff, because apparently pots and pans are not provided, nor are duvets or pillows. Also we needed a bit of food and an adapter because the one we brought from home was no good. Probably because it was from a Swedish store. But of some funny reason the English adapter that says "for shavers only" in white writing so that you can hardly see it, works for Milla. Maybe because she's plugging small things like her mp3 in it, and don't do like me, trying to plug in the pc.

Thursday:
Ran around getting to know the other campus, Woodlane, and got to meet the ones that are going to be our teachers. I thought mine was rather nice. Also they gave us free food. I like free food.

Went back to the flat where Milla and the two others, Stine and Jenny had gotten two new flatmates that were boys. So I spent my time in their kitchen talking with them and they were really nice.

Friday:
The international students went on a trip to a big, big garden called the eden project. They had two special areas, the Rain forest and the Mediterranean. The rain forest was very pretty, like a real rain forest full of green tall trees, but freakishly humid and full of ants on all the plants. The Mediterranean was warm, but without the humidity, like walking around in a summer holiday. It was lots of cactus there. Jenny, one of the girls downstairs bought one, named him Rex and put him in the kitchen window. A girl at the first floor bought one too. He's named Harvy. I don't know if Milla ever named her parsley....

When I came back home I discovered that a single soul had moved in on my floor. My room mate. She did warn me, but I don't think I have ever met a person that talks as much as her.

Saturday:
Today we went to a little town called St Ives. It was lightly raining most of the time we were there, so we mostly spent our time slightly sulking about getting wet, and me for being hungry. I had gotten up a little late, leaving me with the only option of skipping breakfast.
In the end me and Milla ended up on a cafe eating a large sandwitch before heading back into the light rain, running into every little store with all the little things because we had nothing else to do. We found a trail that went along the shore, which we walked and ended up next to the beach where we were supposed to meet. It got very boring at the end since we got to the place we were meeting up and waited half an hour extra.

I came back and noticed that more people had arrived, both down in the flat under and in this one. I wasn't upstairs for long today. Although one of the guys seemed sort of ok-ish, the other one scared me. I don't know why. I ran off to downstairs where they were SUPPOSED to eat a big dinner, but they never did. Instead I ended up doodling my newest favorite "victim" Charlie, the funny guy. Then everybody decided to go out and drink. So I just dragged my butt back upstairs where my roomie was basically leaving five minutes later to join some other people from the flat to go out drinking.

So summing things up:
The only problems I have so far is not wanting to go near the kitchen because it needs to be washed and I'm not touching that fridge, all the friends I made is on the floor under me which I don't have access to, I can't treat the room I live in as mine because it's someone else here which makes the room feel alien and weird.
Everyone here seems to drink, their adapters all say "shavers only" and they love wall to wall carpets which I hate. And no one can explain either of those last three things.
Especially those carpets.

Falmouth arrival

The journay from Norway to England went really well. The only thing that went wrong was one of the trains leaving the station before it was supposed to. But it wasn't all that bad, I got to blabber an extra hour with Ash :D

Falmouth:
It feels like England meets Bergen and Costa del sunshine
It's by the sea, it's little rain showers all the time and blows a lot. Just like home.
It's palm trees and the temprature is rather nice. Just like some Costa del sol place.
Everyone speaks English and drives at the wrong side of the road. Just like England.
I'm glad I brought my hat, scarf and umbrealla.

So far I like it here. They have at least 3-4 candy shops and a bunch of shops that have a little bit of everything.
Although I find the fish and chips portions a bit too big. I ate it around 1:30 pm and I'm still full now at 5:30....

Tomorrow the derping around will probably end and I'll have to stop playing tourist. ;O;

Sushi doodle

Sushi restaurant doodle thing.
"Miku": Whee~ Sushi~This is so fun!
Ai: Yeah I know! This is the bes-wait,what? SEAWEED?!!? MIKU! DON'T SERVE THAT! THE SUSHI HAS SEAWEED ON IT! SEAWEED IS EVIL!! PEOPLE ARE GOING TO PUKE!!
Mog: *has his shirt tugged* hmm? wha-OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT?
Fu: I think I burned the rice...
Mog: WTF? What did you do to it?! That stuff is crawling out of the pan!

I vote for a sushi night one day...
As long as you guys don't let me cook the rice.
I really do suck at that.

Raptus 2011 part 2

Sunday...was quiet.
First I missed one bus, then I figured that the bus I was aiming for was later than I thought. All after I stressed out the door skipping breakfast...lucky for me Sempai had made chocolate buns.
I spent that day walking about a bit, well, a lot. Went downstairs watching Nana drawin
g some more, sitting patiently in line to get a drawing. Unfortunately she must have gotten used to me,
because she forgot me. Me and Ai figured I had turned into furniture. We figured out I was a Futon. (see? "FU-ton" 8D )
But in the end I did get my sketch from her, and I'm drooling all over it. Ai and Kerri got their boys too. NOM NOM.
No drawing from Mike this year ;O; I had no monies left after paying for two (owing Ai monies).

Got around to talk with the two cosplayers again, Miku was still Miku, but the genesis cosplayer was...I don't know if he was cosplaying or just dressed awesomely fancy.
Black and white semi-victorian awesomeness. I so want that outfit. Fffhhh~ Dude, why you look so good?

@___@
On another note; Leaving Norway soon.
Going to England to stay is weird. I don't think my mind has come around to that yet.
And my room still looks like a vicim of a tornado. Ugh.
I think I have learned that I should file my papers. Because this is hell to go through. I still have some paper left but I don't have time (or enough plastic folders) to sort them until another time.
Have to sort through everything ELSE first.
Yeah.
I suck at time management.
So tomorrow is up early so that I can continue getting rid of stuff.
*sigh*

Raptus 2011 part 1

The fun time of year is over now, Raptus have passed and it was awesome. I ran around a lot more this year and found it more relaxing with less things to do for me. Yay. The first day was spent setting up the table and mainly sitting at it, save for running about trying to find Nana Li and Mike Collins who I couldn't find for my dear life. Nana because I had no idea what she looked like, and Mike because he didn't have a beard anymore so I didn't recognize him. Also there were like 3 people named "Mike" at Raptus this year.

The Saturday I spent being painted in my face by Sempai, was going to be a silly lol face, but ended up with some pattern instead, running a bit around with Ai-pie drooling at the Miku (Vocaloid) and Genesis (Final Fantasy) cosplayers whom we eventually dared to talk with later in the day xD Gawd we're such wussies when it comes to talk to new people. Especially if we think they're awesome xD We ended up figuring out we already sort of knew the Miku from deviantArt. -derp- this world is not as big as it seems.

Then I went to the china restaurant with Ai and Milla for dinner. That was really yummy. Too bad no one had space for desserts in their bellies ;O; love the fried bananas... Then we went back, I finally figured which Mike I was looking for, but then I found Nana. I ended up standing at her table instead drooling at the sketches she did for people. Was going to ask for one but the poor girl had been running from talk to talk and been drawing in between that, and only eaten a cake all day.

Nulpi and Ciara

Because Kerrigan constantly tell me to draw Nulpi and Ciara nearly every time I ask which one of my characters I should draw....so here, have some sketchy doodles of em' before I go to bed...Nulpi is quite the klutz for a guy. I feel sorry for Undine, his little lizard companion. Why she isn't dead is a mystery with all those derpy things this guy does. He should probably have some new glasses, I don't think those work anymore....
Ciara is just looking emo badass as usual :E

Sep 7, 2011

dun dun~chibi

I'm finally done with my friend's commission~
It took me forever, but it was sort of fun at the same time.
I have figured that I kind of like this way of coloring, think it might end up using it more or less permanently.

On another note I've figured I need to start sketching my OC's a bit more. Kerrigan keeps telling me to draw Ciara and Nulpi. Thinking I should maybe re-design his clothing...

~Off to doodling some chibis and commissions.

Sep 6, 2011

yay me

I decided that I need to re-organize the entire hard drive.
Why?
The current system isn't sorted by years, but category.

Sep 2, 2011

Sea of paper

I've been stuffing drawing after drawing into plastic pockets so I can put them nicely in folders, I have soon finished off a box consisting of 100 plastic pockets. yay me for buying two of those!
But wait! There is something wrong!
The sea of papers in my room....
It's still there...

It never ends!!!
The more I put in plastic folders, the more is to be found laying around on the floor. I have been doing this since before 1pm today.
Augh. I need a break.
Or else I'm going to barf paper.

Like a printer.

Aug 23, 2011

What happens when Kerrigan makes you think of sexy+wet?
You get a horrible urge to draw it, that's what happens!!

Victim here ended up being Daisuke.
The only manly OC I have.

And after a shot chat with Milla I ended up tring to draw one of those stupid "I'm so sexy while drinking from my waterbottle~ahhh~refreshing" poses...though I screwed up his arm in the last drawing ;O; fhhhh~I'm going to have to re-draw this...

Aug 19, 2011

Soul Eater WIP

[19 Aug 2011] Yay me. More Soul Eater related sketches...we'll see if I can actually FINISH this one. I'll be updating this one entry to my blog with the different stages of this drawing, might actually manage to finish it that way...but I can here and now honestly say: I hate that moon. Not only is it creepy, it's difficult to draw as well.
I'm hoping tomorrow will shead some light on the mistakes I know I have made in this drawing. It's probably the skirt, sleeves and feet as usual. Also the mop. The end of that thing is not ... dynamic enough. :|

Cake and kindergarden

This week I'll be turning twen-err-two years old. And I'll be going to colle-I mean- animation kindergaden next month in England.
Hopefully the other kids will be playing nicely with me over there. I dun like bucketloads of new people. New people are scaaawwy~ ;O;

Soul eater junk

I have gotten this obsession with the manga Soul Eater.
My favorite character is Death the kid, and after all those silly, yet epic poses he does, (seriously, that mangaka has a crazy way of drawing) and after going through a series of pages containing back breaking poses I just HAD to draw something like that, so Stance of Derp was scribbled out.
What happened after that was that was me wanting to draw more sillyness.
And sillyness=my friends.
But upon scribbling I soon realized the outfits I made them wear looked AWEFUL. Especially Satinka's hat. It looked like something The witch of the Waste would wear.
So I decided to sketch out something for everyone, something proper that would match them. Unfortunatley I managed to screw up Kerrigan's hat too XD Though she did get to see the sketch and I changed it to something she'd like more....
The colors and faces of the souls is not final and will probably be changed in future sketches o3o
Something I noticed was how my character, Fu, seemed more likely to be a Shibusen student based on her design rather than a withch. So I made it that the hood on her hoodie was really her hat that had been changed with a little bit of magic. But it still bothered me that her outfit didn't seem to match her purpose, so I came up with the simple solution (or maybe lazy..) that her "official" witch outfit was more...witchy than what she preferred to wear on a normal basis. I also decided to change her soul color to orange. :3

Forever and a day...

...since I posted anything here.
(Not that anyone reads this thing anyways...)

I was supposed to use this as a sketchblog, and seeing how I usually just doodle useless junk these days, I believe it might be a good idea to pick that up again. Although I am mainly on blogspot just to pay attention to other art blogs :P

This is the sketch stage of my current ID picture here on blogspot. Not really my style to draw like this, and to be honest I didn't like it too much. I like quick drawings that doesn't take forever to color. And this one did.
The finished one can be found here: http://fuegokid.deviantart.com/#/d42n2xu

And for the geeky bunch, yes, that's the SAI toolbar at the top of the picture.
