Some random character that suddenly popped up in my head. He was kinda fun to do with a limited palette. I normally have more than five colors on everything, so it was a nice break.
I'm still not sure what kind of bird he is....
something between some tropical thing and a crow judging from the tail feather thing and the colors.
His eyes are colored as if he might be blind, but I don't think he is. Probably just a defect of some sort.

I need to do more random characters like this.
It's fun.
